You will contact the student directly and discuss the payment method that works for you. TERPX does not interfere in how payments between students are made.
- First, review your lease and then have a discussion with your landlord to find out the specifics of subleasing for your lease.
- Place an ad for either what you are looking for or what you have to sublease.
- Take the discuss off line to work out the details.
- Once you have found what you need remove your ad from the listing.
